1. Scope of Calibration & Traceability

All calibration services offered (both on-site metrology and laboratory-bound procedures) are carried out strictly in compliance with **ISO/IEC 17025:2017** standards under NABL certification scope (Certificate CC-4593 Nashik facility and CC-3759 Devlali facility).

All measurements are strictly traceable to national and international standards (such as NPL - National Physical Laboratory, India). Calibration results are valid only for the specific instrument, range, and environmental conditions present at the time of testing, as recorded in our certified NABL reports.

2. Dispatch, Delivery & B2B Shipping

We optimize all logistics to minimize corporate audit delays and production downtime:

• Ready Stock Items (such as standard B2B alcohol testers) are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from order confirmation and formal purchase order (PO) clearance.
• Lead Times for custom metrology apparatus, weight boxes, or specialized process calibrators vary from 1 to 2 weeks, as explicitly detailed in the respective quotation.
• Shipping & Logistics: B2B shipments are dispatched via tracked logistics partners. RK Technologies is not responsible for external custom clearances or unforeseen carrier delays on transit routes.

3. Metrology Warranties & Liability Limits

All instrumentation supplied (including fuel-cell breathalyzers, temperature loggers, and pressure gauges) is subject to the standard manufacturer warranty terms.

RK Technologies limits its liability strictly to the cost of the calibration service or the price of the instrumentation purchased. We are not liable for any consequential operational losses, manufacturing downtime, audit failures, or regulatory penalties incurred by the client organization. It is the client's responsibility to schedule periodic calibration checkups as per their quality policy.

4. B2B Quotations & Payment Terms

Quotations generated via our web portals or technical concierge desk remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

Payment schedules (advance deposits, milestones, or net payment terms) are established individually based on corporate contract reviews and PO confirmations. Calibration certificates will only be issued upon settlement of the corresponding service invoices.

5. Governance & Legal HQ

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from services or instrumentation supplied are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
